Morristown, NY – The Karting Konnections team continued to flex their muscle this past weekend at SLMP, host venue for round 9 of the NCKC season.

Nick Martin continued his dominance of Junior Heavy with another perfect day on onboard his Awesome powered Gold Kart. Martin padded his points lead by earning the pole in qualifying and winning both the pre-final and final races.

Rookie hot shoe, Vincent Simard took over the points lead in the Novice class with a perfect day as well. Simard placed his Awesome powered Gold Kart on the pole in qualifying and never looked back taking the checkers first in the both the pre-final and final.

Senior Medium driver, Jason Bolton had a tough day experiencing mechanical problems.

The Karting Konnections team had strong performances by Abby Bolton (Jr. Lite), Johnathon Skorupinski (Jr. Lite), Rory Docherty (Jr. Lite) and Annie Martin (Jr. Heavy) The team will now head to Quyon for round 10. Click here for the full story!
